I went to Tapi for a roll end for a small box room and chose one, unfortunately I completely had my measurements wrong and needed a bigger one. I went in today to see what they had and spoke to Chris about my error and showed him the one I wanted to swap for. Obviously I was expecting to pay the difference but Chris was very helpful and gave me a great discount on the bigger carpet I'd chose and made the transaction easy with the help of Sam also in store. They are holding my carpet until the room is ready for it to be laid which is a massive help, the service I've received from Tapi is second to none. This is the 1st time I've used their services but it definitely won't be the last
