I struggle to believe the positive reviews Tapi gets here. Maybe the quality of service is store specific? We visited the Reading Store last week, were given a price subject to the home visit to confirm the measurements and paid a deposit for a combination of laminate flooring & carpet. From what was quoted in the store, the price suddenly jumped 30% whereas we were expecting a reduction due to being generous with the room dimensions and a further discount due to special offers on the flooring and carpet.
