I absolutely HATE having to fight just to get what has been promised after fulfilling requirements as asked.
WHY?
Why is it so difficult to assist a customer in receiving what is due them?
TapJoy asked for further info, telling me my screenshot(s) wasn’t right. As I was trying to write back regarding this, a message popped up saying they were closing my request.
They state that I have to wait and then I might be able to request further assistance. What?!?
I’d rather spend cash for rewards instead of having to go through this mess so often! TapJoy won’t remain in business if they continue in this type of actions.
UPDATE: As of this morning, 03/03/26, TapJoy has “approved” the rewards that were once withheld. Not sure as to what it was exactly that caused their change of mind. They “invited” me to leave a follow up review with the “good news.”

While I stand grateful, PLEASE keep in mind that not all of your “customers,” are out to scam you.
Might be a list could be kept of the frequent flyers that keep the TapJoy Company paid and going forward.
