I already finished 7 Quests. You just gave me the reward for the 4. now but 3 are still missing.
I would be happy if you fix this as well, because i dont think i play the games any moor when the promised rewards are not payed out.

I experience another situation with a different app like this and it took them about 2 weeks to handle the problem. With you, you handle the problem much quicker and didn't repeat the same answer. Thank you again.
This company is completely dishonest with consumers. Every two weeks, they announce a series of promotions that they fail to fulfill. The goal is to attract people who use cell phones for entertainment by promising prizes in other games. When someone signs up for a promotion, Tap Joy uses the tactic of paying out lower-value rewards to keep the person playing other games for a while, and when it comes to the higher-value rewards, they invent a standard response that "the advertiser did not validate your reward and you violated our rules." Pure lies, nothing like that happened. They simply have no intention of honoring what they advertise! It's a fraud! Judging by the number of 1-star reviews on this site and reading them, we can see the pattern and "modus operandi" of the company! I don't know how a company like this still has a license to operate in Western countries; it should be banned forever!
Customer Service was very helpful!! But getting in contact with someone from the department was rather tricky and returning to the chat was extremely buggy and i’d have to attempt 10+ times before being able to get in. Tech is a 1/10 but the actual people from customer service are 10/10.
It's not uncommon to have occasional reward issues, but everytime I've opened a missing rewards ticket with you guys, my rewards are credited right away....& I really appreciate it. It would be nice If when we state our problem we could attach the requested screen shots right away, instead of having to wait for your request for them, but that's the only thing I'd change maybe!! Thank you for your help when needed, I appreciate it.....especially when games take a long time to get to a certain level lol. THANKS AGAIN!!!
Tapjoy is either fraudulently withholding rewards or facilitating it so the advertiser may do so. They make every effort to make receiving your rewards difficult and opening a case is often extremely problematic. Many times, a case will get closed with no comprehension of the issue and zero resolution. I just had my worst experience ever and Tapjoy would not resolve. I earned rewards and submitted irrefutable proof and my case was closed and the TWO missing rewards denied. I tried over and over to get help. The offer I participated in had already proven to be extremely problematic and they had previously resolved my other missing rewards but not the final two. Blamed it on the advertiser terms not being met. I did everything correctly. I provided proof. I find it convenient that I spent money in game to achieve these goals and now I'm told, too bad you can't have your missing rewards - even though you have proof you earned them. I would not recommend Tapjoy unless you're desperate and like to take chances. They are highly unethical.
*The advertiser just told me I DID rightfully earn the rewards and gave me an email to share with Tapjoy for proof, very interesting that Tapjoy tried to tell me it was the advertiser who deemed I hadn't met their terms. Fraudulent and unethical.
I've used them to gain in-game currency on several occasions. But recently they refused to pay out beyond the first two tiers of rewards. They currently owe . I sent nearly a dozen screenshot and they either do not look at them, or they flat out refuse to pay out.
They claim I didn't meet the criteria of the offerwall, but I did, and I completed 3 more of them.
I completed 5 of them. They paid out first 2 right away.
If they looked at screenshot, they'd be able to see that I did complete the levels needed.
I stead, they will put a copypasta reply again saying I didn't complete it.
I'd put screenshots here if I could.
The only reason they wouldn't pay out must be due to not actually looking at screenshot.
Until now, I have completed several different offers with Tapjoy over the past year. But this time they don't want to pay out, even though my level is WAY beyond what was asked to receive the reward.
My issue was addressed very quickly and I was informed on the issue emails were right to the point and it was easily for me to fallow the instructions and the issues were resolved. They did a great job thank you
Tapjoy initially refused to award the diamonds earned citing a terms of service violation. They did not explain what it was. I'm a new user played 50 levels and was rewarded for 3 levels. I sent screenshots. They finally rewarded for 10 levels. I'm still waiting for the rewards for 25 and 50.
