Stay away from this service! It feels like a scam! I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. I called the helpline, only to hear a recorded message about phone issues for the last two weeks. What kind of business doesn't have a working phone line for that long? The message suggests using the live chat, but that doesn't work either! I tried emailing but received no reply. This is a scam! I waited over 4 weeks for my delivery and only got a refund after leaving this review. They sent the refund without any explanation, wasting my time and money. I hope they invest in a functional phone system because it's absurd for a business to operate this way. Clearly, they have too many complaints to care about resolving issues unless prompted by a bad review!
