When the product functions properly, it’s excellent. The water has a great taste, and the filters last 6-8 weeks, which is acceptable. However, the quality of the build is very poor. We’ve had this product for less than a year, and we now need a third filter housing. There was a catastrophic failure with cracks appearing in the housing, causing water to spray all over the kitchen. To their credit, they did send a replacement housing after the first one failed quickly. Unfortunately, this new one has lasted less than 5 months. This level of quality is unacceptable and suggests a focus on profits over product reliability. I’m seriously thinking about switching to a better option made from stainless steel instead of plastic.
