I bought the PitcherPro SMR pitcher and I love it. While it's a little slower to pour water than a regular bottle, the process is faster compared to any other filter pitcher. The water quality is excellent.
Also, I had a problem and dropped the pitcher. I contacted their customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement. Fantastic pre-sales and after-sales service!
