I transferred money to a friend on December 18, 2025. I was charged twice by Taptap Send. I called them and informed them about the error. They told me they would correct the error. I emailed them several times to inform them of the error and that I want them to credit my account and reverse the double charge to my account. It’s been 3 months, they have still not credited my account. I informed them I wouldn’t do business with them anymore.
