Sent money to family to help with fast as it the month of Ramadan, they holding the funds and support is not helpful, I believe if they can’t deliver then the best is to return customers money but they choose to hold it, which is really ridiculous, imagine expecting someone fasting to stay hungry while some entity holds money meant for their food. This company needs to be looked into and shut down!!!!!!!

I sent money last Friday for a family medical emergency, and it still hasn’t been released. I’ve been told there’s an issue with the partner in the Philippines, but that doesn’t make sense because I was able to send another transaction without any problems.

There has been no sense of urgency at all. I was initially told it would only take 24 hours, yet here I am four days later and my money is still being held. This is for medical purposes, and the delay is completely unacceptable.

All I’ve received are scripted responses instead of real assistance. If anything happens due to this delay, I will hold your company accountable.

My Taptap account was compromised back in November 2025 and someone sent $400 to my account back in Africa which I never use. I followed up with the account in Africa and they refunded the money back to Taptap. Taptap has refused to refund my money to my bank account. Last 4 months I have emailed and called Taptap and I always get the same response stating that they are still investigating this issue even though they have been refunded the money.

Sent $2000 and it’s been 4 days now and still hasn’t received the money. My mum needed a medical emergency and hospital doesn’t accept without a deposit. That’s all of my money and unable to send another transfer. All the customer service are useless and does copy paste standard responses. Please don’t use this app/service 😢😢😢

I transferred money to a friend on December 18, 2025. I was charged twice by Taptap Send. I called them and informed them about the error. They told me they would correct the error. I emailed them several times to inform them of the error and that I want them to credit my account and reverse the double charge to my account. It’s been 3 months, they have still not credited my account. I informed them I wouldn’t do business with them anymore.

Disappointed customer here, i send money January 31st and transfer still pending, it's February 3rd and after calling customer service everyday since then no one could help they keep saying wait until end of day.. its digital currency transfer that could be refundable immediately If transfer is not successful. All I need is my money back and use other money transfer companies.. its ridiculous how customer service cannot do anything..then why are they there in the first place.

I wish I could give them a better rating. Initially it went well, but of late transfers are getting delayed. I tried to transfer 660 euros to INR on 2nd of January, money got deducted immediately and also claims that transfer was successful. I’m writing this review on 29th of January and money has not reached the recipient account yet. Support team is not providing any details but only says they are investigating with the partner. I now don’t even know what to do. Where my money is, whether I would get my money back is not clear. There’s no communication mentioning by when I would receive it. It’s a huge money for me and managing my commitments in such cases is very hard.

It’s hold my money for 2 days and still making excuses of their network problem and when I call them it have to wait for 30 mins to pick up call . Use world remit or other . This app service have so many ùn responsible response from customer service that I need to wait until their system maintenance even it will take more than a week ?? I waited for 2 days for my money but couldn’t complete transaction . I aske them to return money in Australia , but they said can’t do . So for own money we have to give them compensation?? Who gonna pay extra fines for my loss ? Why are you here ?? To provide service or making people fool ?? Too frustrated,,,,, never feels like this in entire life 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Money transfer issues with the service

I used the service to send money to the Philippines. While the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, my recipient did not receive the funds. This created significant stress and inconvenience. I hope the company can enhance their system and customer support to address such issues more efficiently.
