I sent money last Friday for a family medical emergency, and it still hasn’t been released. I’ve been told there’s an issue with the partner in the Philippines, but that doesn’t make sense because I was able to send another transaction without any problems.
There has been no sense of urgency at all. I was initially told it would only take 24 hours, yet here I am four days later and my money is still being held. This is for medical purposes, and the delay is completely unacceptable.
All I’ve received are scripted responses instead of real assistance. If anything happens due to this delay, I will hold your company accountable.
