I initiated transfer on 26th Feb and it instantly showed delivered but Money has still not arrived in my Foreign account. I tried reaching them out on chat, AI bot kept on saying to wait till 3rd March before taking any action. After that also I am getting cold responses with no resolution in near sight. They don’t care about customer and their money. I would never recommend such app to anyone in future.
