I made a transfer on Thursday March 5th and it's been pending until now. The customer support reps are not helpful. When I asked for a manager, I was told that they would call in a few minutes and I have been waiting for 2 hrs but no one called. The last guy was so rude and didn't make any effort to help telling me the manager wouldn't help me either.
This money was sent for a life-or-death situation and they don't care. I waited on the chat for over 5 hrs and no one joined.
I need this transaction cancelled and I'm not using them anymore since no one is taking ownership and they treat customers like trash
