I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has now been over a week since I made a transfer,

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has now been over a week since I made a transfer, and the funds still have not reached the recipient. Each time the recipient checks with their bank, they are informed that no payment has been received.

I have contacted customer service multiple times a day for the past 7–8 days and have spoken with over 25 agents. Unfortunately, every interaction has been unhelpful, with agents repeating the same scripted responses and showing little understanding of the situation. No clear solution or meaningful update has been provided.

I have also repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor. Each time, I was assured that a supervisor would call me back, but I have yet to receive any follow-up.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. The lack of accountability, communication, and resolution is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service if they want to avoid unnecessary stress and delays.
