Disappointing experience with a representative

My experience with a representative was absolutely terrible. I have previously worked with the service and referred many others, but since I stopped dealing with a specific individual, my experiences have been awful. This representative, who claims to be a counselor, was argumentative, rude, and had a poor grasp of English. They made inappropriate comments about costs related to applications and personal information. I can confirm all of this and will never engage with this service again!

Unprofessional behavior during follow-up

A friend had an interview with this consultancy and was later contacted for a follow-up. Instead of discussing job-related matters, the representative made inappropriate personal inquiries. This behavior is unprofessional and predatory. No one seeking employment should face such situations. I advise avoiding this place completely.
