I needed my contacts sooner so chose the in store pickup option. It was stated that I would be able to pick up by April 2nd, 2026. It got delivered to the store April 1st and do understand they need time to process the receiving and give it to Target Optical in store. But it is now April 12, 2026 and I even called to check on that. They have no clue where it's at. I have a separate order for eyeglasses and almost same situation. I will give them a little more time since it was only just delivered April 10, 2026. But we shall see.. Never again will I order for pickup.
