Review Time
I ordered contacts, waited over a week and never received any updates. When I reached out to customer service, they said there was an issue with the order processing and that it should be cancelled and resubmitted. I did that, reordered, waited another week, contacted customer service and was told the contacts were no longer available - very frustrating. This has been the short version of my frustrations and issues. I ended up ordering more contacts, different brand and product, now when I check the order status it says the contacts have been delivered to my house, but I STILL haven't even received them yet.
I don't trust Target Optical's website or any updates Target Optical Online provides anymore, there are clearly some major issues with it's statusing and logistics. I'm waiting for prescription sunglasses still as well I ordered over a week ago, I still haven't received an update, and I'm afraid I won't receive them and they'll become unavailable and I'll have to start all over again. I'm just so irritated, how many times do I need to order something with Target Optical Online for it to be done right? How can I trust that when I pay Target Optical Online that they will fulfill at this point, or that there won't be continued issues moving forward?
This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had while buying glasses. Customer support failed to provide adequate updates, and I received no notifications about delays. I will not make any future purchases here and advise others to avoid it as well.
The eye doctor I visited may be the least competent I've encountered in my 40 years of needing corrective lenses. He seemed to want to be unconventional, but his lack of skill was evident. After charging me more, he prescribed lenses that caused discomfort and headaches. I attempted to have my prescription updated, but they insisted I return for another appointment. What a frustrating experience!
I had one of the worst experiences purchasing glasses. Customer care fails to provide proper updates, and you won't receive any notifications if there are delays in your order. I will not order glasses again and would not recommend this service to anyone.
I waited over two weeks for simple lenses for my reading glasses. My calls went unanswered, and when I visited the store, I was told they couldn’t process my order. They made excuses instead of providing a straightforward answer. They even claimed to have contacted me, which was untrue. This experience was both incompetent and dishonest!
At this location, I received a rude welcome. The staff is focused on upselling due to their commission structure. When I chose not to buy, I was charged visit fees that should have been covered by my insurance. This experience was very disappointing, and I plan to see an actual doctor soon.
