I am very confused by the way Target Optical online order are handledThere has been literally no communication once the order was placed, about its status/progress.I placed an online order on 3/1 and it was supposed to be shipped to store by 3/4 ( which is faster than delivering to home)I didnt hear anything by 3/4, so i chatted with online customer rep, and they said it will take 10+ days and that the wrong delivery estimate is a known issue, so i asked them to instead ship to my home and they confirmed that they did change that. However i still see the same status on orders page i.e ship to target redmond store.Now today Order status says delivered, note i didnt get any email/sms about it, just logged in to see if there is any update and see "delivered". It didnt come to me, so i called the Target optical store in Redmond. they are first like dont talk to me, talk to online, after some back and forth, they agreed to check the orders received and then tell me that there's no shipment for my name!! Well atleast they did try to check.So what exactly if my order, well i need to wait for Eastern time tomorrow to get some online customer rep!
