The whole experience from beginning to end was very well managed. The online access to the various health & safety workbooks made a big difference in being able to find evidence to understand and answer the mock questions. The tutor Darren Farren was exceptional in his industry knowledge, but also in his ability to communicate all of the relevant legislative points as well as being very informative, I believe this has increased my competence level which will benefit myself and my employees in all of our future construction projects where I am also thinking of adding an NVQ 6/7 to my existing MPQC level 6 qualification. Recently attended the smsts course in Rotherham. The course itself was great, mostly due to the delivery of the tutor Ian who was excellent. He is a unbelievable human and a credit to the company. I have probably taken more from this course than any other in my career due to Ian.
