Awful customer service and read the fine print b/c they are just trying to take your money. I signed up for an insurance class and decided to not pursue it, i figured since it was online and I never started it that it would be an easy return...NOPE, they refused to give me my money back no matter what. They just keep pointing to their 6 bullet point return policy that makes NO sense. What a scam and awful company.

The website was extremely beneficial in helping me acquire the knowledge necessary for the test. While I didn't utilize the reading or video features, I found that the quizzes were the most effective way for me to retain the information. However, I recognize that for others, the video and reading content was very thorough and well-structured.
The content is incredibly helpful and has really prepared me for my licensing exam. I appreciate the option to retake the pre-licensing exam multiple times to ensure I'm ready! Another aspect I enjoy is the flexibility to study at my own pace and focus on the topics I choose. I can learn visually, audibly, or simply through reading, depending on what suits me best.
My overall experience has been positive, but for those of us taking the course in Spanish, there are several issues with the content translation, particularly in the knowledge checks at the end of each chapter and in the practical assessments.

Having listened to the videos and gone through the 17 chapters; I appreciate the Practice exam (in both learning & exam mode) so much because it identified the areas I needed to review, demonstrated to me how much knowledge I have acquired and gave me a gauge of how ready I am to take the exam.
Very poorly composed curriculum, same things are repeated multiple times, feels like they just copy - pasted from the law and regulation. Canceled my subscription 5 days too early, and after it is canceled no way to access your account and certificate.Very confusing and not clear instructions on where and how to get certificate - had to reddit / google every step of the way.
