I am very disappointed with the airline. I had a ticket for a route that was canceled, and the alternative they offered was 4 hours earlier. I explained my situation, but their response took nearly a week. When I finally spoke to a representative, she was dismissive and rude, failing to address my concerns appropriately. The final response stated they have no responsibility in such cases. This has disrupted my plans significantly.
