I traveled today from one city to another, flight number RO 374. Despite the challenging weather and turbulence, the pilots managed an excellent flight, arriving ahead of schedule and landing safely on a wet runway. Thank you to the team involved!
This was one of the worst experiences I've had. We were delayed without any clear explanation; they misled us about not having takeoff permission while repairs were ongoing. The staff were rude, and the airport was dirty and unpleasant. The airplane was old and not well-maintained. I do not recommend this airline at all—choose another option if you can.
Nothing on the in-flight console worked. The staff were extremely rude; they forcibly took a drink from me and mocked me for wanting to finish it. They told me to prepare for landing as if I wasn't already ready. This is my second experience with this airline, and I hope it’s the last.

This airline has terrible service. The checked baggage fees are outrageous. I rushed to catch my flight after a delayed connection and was forced to pay for a bag in cash, without change available. I had to make a long trek to a kiosk across the airport to make the payment. I would recommend choosing other airlines to save money.
