Bagage belts broke in Bucharest when we were going to fly home in august this year. No info, rude staff and they didn't care that we were travelling with a small baby. They didn't let us go aboard because "no one could get our lugage to the plane". Hours later we were taken to a hotel and booked on another flight the next day which wasn't a direct flight which we had originally booked. I have contacted them about the compensation for delayed flights that we are legally entitled to according to EU regulations. First they tell me I have to wait 45 days for them to investigate. I did, then they tell me they aren't done and refuse to give us a timeframe. Long story short I haven't gotten an answer from then in over a month. Wish I could give a good review but this company is just plain awful and doesn't come near the service provides by other EU companies.
