Used to love shopping here & supporting this small biz that I believe started with a couple. Everything was great I guess until it wasn’t? The import fee’s are hidden in the FAQ’s and the customer service is absolutely awful. if you are in the USA just be careful ordering because you will pay almost $100 for shipping. Since the tariff’s - other small brands that we shop with either cover fee’s or are more forward about the changes and are willing to help. Tarta? FORGET IT. Banner on the website says “ships to US” then you pay for shipping with NO complimentary message or any information when you put in your USA address for delivery. Then when the package comes the carrier wants an extra fee, lol. My boss asked them about it & they were pretty much like yea sorry, sucks to suck! It got sent back & it has almost been 2 months & no refund advance note proper communication was given. We had a lot of Tarta gear in the studio that we ended up taking down/selling because disrespect- is not cool. We no longer shop this brand nor recommend to any colleagues or friends or just anyone. sucks when a small brand shows their true colors & carelessness towards customers. Give your money elsewhere to people who are nice & understanding and care about their customers!!! Small Buisness who care matter the MOST!!
