I am someone who shops for quality and durability and I regret to state that these products are neither great quality nor durable. They look great, but they don’t feel great. Towels are full of lose threads after only one washing. I’m not happy with how customer service handled my feedback either. Safe to say I will never spend £200+ on a first purchase again, no matter how enthusiastic I feel about it. The size of their items are also weird/small (both towels and my blanket). 3 stars only because the style is great but my Primark towels for guests are the same quality.

So I was having some issues with UPS it was SUCH a headache on my end with the shipping and I was so scared my package was going to be returned I reached out to customer service and Kenia was so amazing and helpful.She helped me navigate the situation and also helped me reach out to UPS so I can get my package delivered. My order was amazing!
I discovered Tarta Gelatina through an Instagram ad and I’m so glad I did! Their bath towels are absolutely beautiful — soft, high-quality, and with the most fun, bright patterns. I’m really impressed with both the design and the craftsmanship.The service was just as amazing as the product: I placed my order on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday morning, less than two days later! They were also super quick to respond when I had a question, which made the whole experience even better.Such a lovely small business from Barcelona — I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!
