Stay far away from this company. My experience has been that they deny reimbursements even when clear written documentation is provided as requested It is as if they create layers and layers of administrative burden so as not to reimburse. Customer service is poor and when asking to speak to a supervisor they inform you that the supervisor will give you the same answer before you even speak to the supervisor. Following this they put you on hold for extended period of time hoping you will hang up hence it seems that any appeal to a supervisor is already determined in advance of your appeal if you do have the opportunity and time to wait on the phone In the opinion their business practices fall far short of what customers should expect and what is common practice industry standards.
