I just ended a call with customer service. Talking with their CS is a waste of time. I submitted receipts for both my Dr's visit and the Uber ride to and from, and they still denied the claim. Not to mention, they were only offering pennies compared to the actual cost. Its as if you are asking to use their money not yours. I am most unhappy with this provider, and hoping my job will find another provider for the next open enrollment.
