The founder was communicative at first but became combative, providing more excuses than results. At times, he was pleasant, but other times it felt confrontational. My last emails went unanswered, and my messages were filtered through a UI developer. They insisted on using an outdated portal for requests, refusing video chats or calls. Communication was frustratingly slow, and my project was auto-closed multiple times, requiring me to request re-opening. The deliverables were subpar, with constant mistakes and no quality assurance. I ended up hiring other teams to fulfill the tasks this service couldn't complete, which doubled my costs. I learned that their customer service and project management tools are outdated and ineffective. My biggest regret is not vetting them properly before making payment.
