My last emails went unanswered, and my messages were filtered through a UI developer. They insisted on using an outdated portal for requests, refusing video chats or calls. Communication was frustratingly slow, and my project was auto-closed multiple times, requiring me to request re-opening. The deliverables were subpar, with constant mistakes and no quality assurance. I ended up hiring other teams to fulfill the tasks this service couldn't complete, which doubled my costs. I learned that their customer service and project management tools are outdated and ineffective. My biggest regret is not vetting them properly before making payment.
