It's unfortunate that I have to give even one star to review this service. 'Avoid' doesn't even begin to cover it. They were recommended by my website developer, which made me trust them. However, their customer service was appalling. I hired them for website speed optimization with a promised completion time of 3-6 days at $280. I granted them access immediately, but it took them 5 days to accept the invite. After finally completing the task, they claimed they couldn't make the website faster despite doing all possible optimizations. My money is gone, and they refuse to refund. Their access to my website makes me anxious, and I plan to inform my developer about this experience. I wish I had checked for reviews beforehand, as most of them are negative. It's disheartening that a company has such a poor reputation. I pride myself on customer satisfaction, and it's sad to see that they do not.
