All items arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The fitter arrived a few minutes early and got straight to work. He represented the company exceptionally well and was a great asset. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the furniture looks fantastic. I am giving a full 5 stars based on this experience. Unfortunately, one of the bedside tables had incorrect screw packs—1 pack of No 1 and 2 packs of No 2 instead of one each of No 1, No 2, and No 3. This meant the fitter couldn't complete the set. However, I contacted customer support, and they agreed to send the missing screw pack and will follow up to ensure it has arrived and schedule a fitter to complete the installation. The fitter mentioned he has been installing furniture for the company for around 3 years and had never encountered missing items before.
