Taskrabbit really do live up to their name. The job was done at a fast speed with excellence and great quality finish. Me and my husband took one look at all the pieces and said this job is going to take days. It took Taskmaster fitter one day to complete 🫴🏾and we were blown away at the end result. We will diffinattely be using taskmaster again.

The website says 'You’ll be matched with your Tasker at least 24 hours before your task.' Well nothing happened. I'm sat here waiting for a no-show and concluding that this company is hopelessly unreliable.

Taskrabbit cancelled my appointment on 3 occasions and had to cancel assembly task in the end. Had taken two days annual leave (wasted my 2 days) but was cancelled in the last minute. Excuses was it was too far, I live in Enfield and didn’t know before!
What a brilliant service! Josef arrived and unpacked everything and built my corner wardrobe with shelves and drawers in under 3 hours! He did offer to take away the cardboard for an extra £20 but figured I could take it up the tip for free which is what I did. But he broke down the boxes so this was manageable to fit in my small car! Thankyou!
The 'tasker' failed to arrive after I spent 2 hours in heavy traffic to be on time. I reached out through the chat, and he informed me he wouldn't be coming. There was no prior communication to reschedule. This is a prepaid service, and the lack of reliability is disappointing. I would advise against using this service, as there seems to be no accountability from the company.
The tasker mentioned he could arrive at 7:45 instead of the scheduled 8:00, which I accepted without issue. I expressed my gratitude and confirmed the time with him. However, on the day of the task, he did not arrive at 7:45; instead, he showed up at 8:03 with no apology and seemed unconcerned about his lateness. He even claimed he was doing me a favor by suggesting an earlier time, despite it being his own idea. When I pointed out that his tardiness was unacceptable given our agreement, he chose to cancel the appointment. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed. His lack of professionalism, unpleasant demeanor, and disregard for my time are truly unacceptable.
All items arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The fitter arrived a few minutes early and got straight to work. He represented the company exceptionally well and was a great asset. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the furniture looks fantastic. I am giving a full 5 stars based on this experience. Unfortunately, one of the bedside tables had incorrect screw packs—1 pack of No 1 and 2 packs of No 2 instead of one each of No 1, No 2, and No 3. This meant the fitter couldn't complete the set. However, I contacted customer support, and they agreed to send the missing screw pack and will follow up to ensure it has arrived and schedule a fitter to complete the installation. The fitter mentioned he has been installing furniture for the company for around 3 years and had never encountered missing items before.
The fitter did a great job, but I find it unreasonable that the assembly comes with a high price tag. Additionally, receiving an email asking for a tip for the fitter feels a bit inappropriate. Here’s a tip instead: avoid yellow snow.
