He even claimed he was doing me a favor by suggesting an earlier time, despite it being his own idea. When I pointed out that his tardiness was unacceptable given our agreement, he chose to cancel the appointment. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed. His lack of professionalism, unpleasant demeanor, and disregard for my time are truly unacceptable.
