The training was exhausting and the production experience felt surreal. The social media content we were exposed to should be removed, but it remains due to the platform's policies, rendering our flagging efforts meaningless. Eight hours of viewing distressing content can harm a worker's mental health. The company fails to uphold basic worker protections, such as adequate breaks and psychological support, which seems more about protecting the company's image than genuinely caring for employees. Safety violations, disrespect towards those who fall ill, and humiliating security checks further contribute to a toxic atmosphere. The management is harassing and incompetent, viewing requests for support as provocations. It's disheartening to see those who do their jobs well often dismissed without notice, while favored employees are rewarded for their submissiveness. Overall, it’s better to leave such a job than endure the mistreatment. I advise others to stay away; it’s in your best interest. The company's claims of caring for employees are merely a facade.
