A draining experience with serious issues.

A draining experience. The production environment feels surreal. There’s social media content that should be taken down but remains untouched due to the platform's 'policies,' making your attempts to flag it feel largely performative. Spending eight hours exposed to harmful content can seriously affect a worker's mental state. On top of that, the company disregards fundamental worker protection standards: insufficient breaks, psychological support that only serves to shield the company while promoting a misleading 'people first' narrative, safety violations (like relying solely on overcrowded elevators instead of stairs), and a lack of respect for those who fall ill or arrive slightly late due to public transport. The demeaning 'security checks' only serve to intimidate workers, making it difficult to enjoy the few permitted breaks or even take bathroom breaks, as the automatic timer quickly marks you as 'unavailable.' In summary, this is a toxic workplace exacerbated by a company that infringes on basic human rights and rewards complacency over actual effort, often firing diligent workers without warning for trivial or fabricated reasons. Management is toxic, incompetent, and views requests for support as a challenge, leading to blacklisting. You may feel regret after being dismissed arbitrarily, often accompanied by threats from HR to silence you. However, losing a job like this is preferable to having it. My advice: steer clear. You'll be better off. The supposed commitment to human rights and employee welfare is merely a facade to mislead prospective employees and maintain a positive image amidst negative feedback.

Unacceptable Work Environment

The training was exhausting and the production experience felt surreal. The social media content we were exposed to should be removed, but it remains due to the platform's policies, rendering our flagging efforts meaningless. Eight hours of viewing distressing content can harm a worker's mental health. The company fails to uphold basic worker protections, such as adequate breaks and psychological support, which seems more about protecting the company's image than genuinely caring for employees. Safety violations, disrespect towards those who fall ill, and humiliating security checks further contribute to a toxic atmosphere. The management is harassing and incompetent, viewing requests for support as provocations. It's disheartening to see those who do their jobs well often dismissed without notice, while favored employees are rewarded for their submissiveness. Overall, it’s better to leave such a job than endure the mistreatment. I advise others to stay away; it’s in your best interest. The company's claims of caring for employees are merely a facade.

Misalignment in Training and Management

There is a clear disconnect between the trainers and management, with trainers unwilling to take the initiative to understand or convey important policies to employees. The current process is failing and appears to be on the verge of collapse. It's a troubling situation that deserves attention from higher management, as resources are being wasted.

Poor Management Experience

Yesterday marked my last day, and shortly after, I received a termination notice. I have never encountered such poor management in my career. The treatment I experienced at the site was unjust, and many others feel the same. I plan to take legal action due to the mental distress caused by the management's actions. Joining this company was a significant mistake, and I aim to ensure that others do not face similar treatment.

Terrible Work Environment

This has been the worst workplace I have ever experienced. Even simple tasks like using the restroom were timed, and the equipment was barely functional. Management was rude and dismissive, and salary payments were delayed. I was terminated after receiving warnings for trivial issues, and the treatment of employees was appalling. The HR department was only present during terminations, and the work environment has deteriorated significantly.
