I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I paid two premiums of 50000 each, but after learning more about them, I chose not to continue with the policy. Initially, I was told I could withdraw my money after 2 years, but now they claim they will only refund a third of my principal amount. This company feels fraudulent; I would advise against investing with them.

Terrible customer service

They have the worst customer service imaginable. I tried to renew my vehicle insurance proactively, calling them well in advance. However, due to a name error from the original agent, I couldn't make the payment. I submitted a request for correction, but despite my continuous follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. They even sent emails to an old address. I ended up wasting a significant amount of time dealing with their unhelpful agents who seem poorly trained and lack basic information.
