They have the worst customer service imaginable. I tried to renew my vehicle insurance proactively, calling them well in advance. However, due to a name error from the original agent, I couldn't make the payment. I submitted a request for correction, but despite my continuous follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. They even sent emails to an old address. I ended up wasting a significant amount of time dealing with their unhelpful agents who seem poorly trained and lack basic information.
