I had a terrible experience with their customer care. I lodged a complaint about a product that never arrived, and it took them two weeks to respond, only to say the logistics partner claimed it was delivered, so they couldn't help. I requested either a refund or the product, but their customer service seemed to trust the logistics partner over the customer. If I don't receive a resolution by the specified date, I will consider legal action.
