I ordered a Yonex Nanoflare 800 but received a Nanoflare 700. I proceeded to return it & reorder the 800. I received the same 700 model again. Shocking to see the level of inefficiency shown by such a large company. I now have to go through the full process of returning the same.
Terrible experience! I received a damaged, outdated item along with the wrong product. The support team is unhelpful and refused to process a return or even investigate the issue. I just got an email stating "Query Resolved!" Avoid wasting money on this service.

I requested either a refund or the product, but their customer service seemed to trust the logistics partner over the customer. If I don't receive a resolution by the specified date, I will consider legal action.
