This brand has become a nightmare. I placed an order for baby products weeks ago, and despite the baby arriving, the products have not. They keep claiming missed deliveries while I’ve provided alternative contact numbers. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused. The arrogance of their staff is appalling. I regret placing my order and would advise others to shop in physical stores instead.
