I had a disappointing experience with this brand. I placed an order for my wife's birthday and paid for next-day delivery to ensure it arrived on time. However, her birthday came and went without the package. I contacted customer support and was informed it would take 5-7 days to investigate. After waiting with no updates, I canceled the order. I received a full refund, including the expedited shipping (as if they were doing me a favor). They offered a meager 15% discount on the next order, which anyone can access anyway. I would advise steering clear of them. If I could rate lower than one star, I would.
