I bought lights during Christmas, expecting warm lights, but they turned out to be faulty golden lights. We tried to return them after the holidays without a receipt but could show proof of purchase. We waited for an hour while the staff member searched for our transaction, only to be denied even a credit note. We had just spent money at their coffee shop, and now I refuse to return due to the awful customer service. We felt treated like thieves, even being questioned on our way out. Disgraceful.
