Total waste of effort.

It was a complete waste of my time. I spent time choosing the small dog collar I wanted to purchase, went through unnecessary steps to reach the checkout, only to discover that they do not ship to my area in the UK (or any other postcode I tried!). This feels deceptive. They advertise as an online shop but seem to be trying to get you to call or visit instead.

Totally a waste of time. I spent time choosing the small dog collar I wanted, went through unnecessary steps to reach the checkout, only to discover they do not ship to my area (or any other I tried!) = A scam. They promote themselves as an online store but are really just trying to get you to call or visit.

Enjoyed the Old Barn restaurant

I enjoyed the Old Barn restaurant, but the fish and chips lunch was not as good as previous visits. The fish was bland and watery, overwhelmed by excessive batter.

Father's Day Experience

I have retracted a previous negative review thanks to the wonderful and supportive team. We were invited back and had a delightful breakfast, perfectly cooked and nicely presented. My thanks to the management team for turning the experience around and giving us a second chance for my husband’s first Father’s Day.

Excellent advice from a knowledgeable staff member

I visited a nursery because I was dealing with black flies in my house plants. I spoke to a staff member who was incredibly knowledgeable and offered various solutions, even suggesting a better one. Thank you so much; I will return for any future gardening needs.

Unacceptable customer service experience

I bought lights during Christmas, expecting warm lights, but they turned out to be faulty golden lights. We tried to return them after the holidays without a receipt but could show proof of purchase. We waited for an hour while the staff member searched for our transaction, only to be denied even a credit note. We had just spent money at their coffee shop, and now I refuse to return due to the awful customer service. We felt treated like thieves, even being questioned on our way out. Disgraceful.

Voucher experience was disappointing

We were advised to download an app for a 50% promotion. After downloading, we bought a few items, but the cashier said the voucher couldn't be used because it was only for 'customers.' This was absurd since we were purchasing items. It's ridiculous to be told we aren't customers until tomorrow. What a shameful policy.

Great experience at the nursery

I was looking for a specific rhubarb variety and found it online. Although they lack a Click and Collect option, a great conversation with a staff member allowed me to reserve a plant for pickup a couple of days later. Very pleased with the quality and price. I will definitely return!
