Review: Poor communication, currency and unprofessional conduct

While our experience with Taurus Logistics started well in NZ, it deteriorated completely once the boat reached Australia.
The main issues:
Zero Proactive Communication: Once the boat landed, it was total radio silence. We had to constantly chase the Australian team for every single update. They either didn't understand the Australian customs process or simply didn't care to follow up.
Pricing & "Extra costs ": Check your line breakdowns carefully. We were also quoted in NZD but charged in AUD, Hmmmm Other reviews suggest this is a recurring pattern.
Unprofessional Conduct: We were accidentally CC'd into an internal email where our move manager (Sugandi) described us as "not easy to deal with" to the port. This was incredibly unprofessional given we were simply trying to get the information they failed to provide.
Contrast: We moved our furniture and our dog through Crown Relocations at the same time; they were professional, respectful, and proactive—the exact opposite of our experience here.
Recommendation: Look elsewhere! Or be prepared to do all the follow-up work yourself.
