Review: Poor communication, currency and unprofessional conduct

While our experience with Taurus Logistics started well in NZ, it deteriorated completely once the boat reached Australia.
The main issues:
Zero Proactive Communication: Once the boat landed, it was total radio silence. We had to constantly chase the Australian team for every single update. They either didn't understand the Australian customs process or simply didn't care to follow up.
Pricing & "Extra costs ": Check your line breakdowns carefully. We were also quoted in NZD but charged in AUD, Hmmmm Other reviews suggest this is a recurring pattern.
Unprofessional Conduct: We were accidentally CC'd into an internal email where our move manager (Sugandi) described us as "not easy to deal with" to the port. This was incredibly unprofessional given we were simply trying to get the information they failed to provide.
Contrast: We moved our furniture and our dog through Crown Relocations at the same time; they were professional, respectful, and proactive—the exact opposite of our experience here.
Recommendation: Look elsewhere! Or be prepared to do all the follow-up work yourself.

Very professional outfit. Communication was very prompt and any change to shipping schedule notified to us immediately. Importunately the companies they worked with in overseas ports were equally efficient. Our overlanding trip with 2 vehicles to Europe and Africa was made so stress free I would have no hesitation on using them again.
Had a great experience with Taurus thus far booking my car from the UK to Australia. They were the one company who gave a more or less all inclusive price which was the lowest too. Couldn’t be happier and cannot eat until my car arrives in Aus.
In New Zealand, Taurus’s communication was generally good. For most of my queries, I received swift responses. However, there were several issues that left me dissatisfied. The dates for dropping the car at the port were changed multiple times, which resulted in me having to pay daily storage charges for almost a week. In addition, the quote I received in New Zealand was not complete, as some items were missing from the original list.My experience with Taurus in Australia was more disappointing. Communication did not meet expectations, and I was required to pay additional charges for items that were not included in the original quote. Although Taurus arranged for the car to be dropped at the garage, no one informed me about the car’s arrival. After waiting four days without any update, I had to contact Taurus myself to find out where my car was. Overall, it took approximately seven weeks for my car to be transported from Auckland to Sydney, which was longer than expected.
