This is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with any company. I felt like I was trapped in a version of Jean Sartre's Hell. Their customer support is horrible. I signed up, got blood work done, had an initial consultation, paid nearly $900 for a prescription, and my prescription never came. I had to call the company three times over the course of 10 days to follow-up on my prescription, and each time was told that it would be delivered within 24-48 hours. It never came. Finally, on the fourth call, I was told that I would have to start over and do another consultation because the provider made a mistake. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told that no supervisor was available. They told me one would call me in 24-48 hours. That never happened. I tried calling back several more times requesting to speak to a supervisor. A supervisor never called me. Finally, three weeks after my consultation with their provider, I gave in and said that I would go through a second consultation. The representative told me that she had scheduled an appointment for me the next day at 9am. The next morning, I tried to have my consultation, but there was no appointment in my portal. I called the company again and was told that I did not have an appointment. I cancelled my subscription and requested a full refund. The representative I spoke to said they would put that through to "escalations," and it would take 24-48 hours to process my refund. They cannot even issue a refund in real-time, and I will now wait to see if they can honor their word on anything. Again, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The provider prescribed the wrong prescription, which customer support failed to identify for 10 days, and then the only answer this company could come up with was for me to re-do the consultation I had already had. And then they screwed up my follow-up appointment. If my review can prevent one other person from experiencing what I did, then it will have been worth it.
