I would rate this service even lower than 1 star if I could. It’s a massive waste of time. They take your money without providing any service. The appointment scheduling portal doesn’t work. They scheduled a consultation, but no one showed up, despite claiming multiple representatives were available. When I called while waiting, I was told no one was available. This company is fraudulent. Stay away from them as quickly as possible.

DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. I signed up and canceled on the same day, yet they refused to refund me, claiming I paid for a test kit that I canceled immediately. They are thieves! I've filed a fraud report with my bank to get my money back.
