We ordered two beautiful looking chairs in early August 2025. Website said approx 3-4 weeks for delivery. Heard nothing so we chased in September to be told there was a delay in manufacturing and they were expected in October. October and November came and went, more chasing, still no chairs. December came, more chasing and we were told, the chairs are on their way. We even had a tracking link! Then we were told the courier would get in touch to arrange a date. No word from the courier. Eventually managed to speak to them and they said there was an issue with the labelling of the furniture and the matter had been passed back to Tavolo. January 20th came, still no chairs. We were told, definitely the end of the week but nothing. Last Friday I called Amex and requested a chargeback based on this protracted delay so we'll be refunded but it's all just extremely annoying as I've taken a lot of time with all the chasing. Buyer beware!!
