I ordered a wood and leather armchair in Aug 2025. I received it in Jan 2026. The armchair is beautiful and very well crafted, exactly as described. But delivery was a joke… Manufacturing took longer than expected, then it took couple of weeks for the chair to arrive to the UK via container shipping, then Tavolo had an issue with their local UK delivery company. In the end, I paid the delivery company the delivery fee. Communication from Tavolo via WhatsApp was consistent though and they have now offered to refund me the delivery fee I paid. Overall because the armchair is of good quality I give them 4 stars but get ready for delays and back and forth contacting
