I would not recommend working with Tax Defense Network. Communication was terrible from the start — they rarely answered my questions and often came across as rude or dismissive.What the salesperson promised and what I actually received were two completely different things. Nicole and Jennifer, the tax consultants assigned to my case, were unhelpful and hard to reach. They did not provide clear updates or follow through on what they said they would do.In the end, I feel like I just threw my money away. There was no real progress made on my case and no value for what I paid. If you’re considering using this company, be very cautious and make sure you get everything in writing before agreeing to anything.
