My experience with this service has been extremely frustrating. I paid a significant amount over the course of two years, only to find out they sold my payment plan, which I could have managed independently. Throughout the process, I encountered unhelpful attitudes and had difficulty reaching them by phone. They were slow to respond to emails and ultimately stopped communicating altogether. The representative assigned to my case was unhelpful.
Heather Irizarry did an outstanding job once she was assigned to my case. Before Heather i was ready to walk away from your company as I don't appreciate people talking over me and arguing with me about information I know is correct. Heather took the time to get up to speed very quickly and listened and asked great follow-up questions to ensure she understood. She asked if I would share documentation I had which I did. Heather took this information and reviewed it asking questions again to ensure she knew what I was explaining and what the documentation stood for. Heather asked great questions and never once talked over me or ignored what I was saying. Heather 100% redeemed your company in the way she handled herself and talking to me. She'd went above and beyond making sure I was kept in the loop at all steps and all communications. Would even check in to let me know there was no new information if it had been days without an update. That means a lot to someone like me. The whole process was painful and should have and could have been handled better!!!! As I stated Heather made the experience 1000% better by being a champion for me instead of an enemy. Thank You Heather for being a true advocate and listening!!!

I would not recommend working with Tax Defense Network. Communication was terrible from the start — they rarely answered my questions and often came across as rude or dismissive.What the salesperson promised and what I actually received were two completely different things. Nicole and Jennifer, the tax consultants assigned to my case, were unhelpful and hard to reach. They did not provide clear updates or follow through on what they said they would do.In the end, I feel like I just threw my money away. There was no real progress made on my case and no value for what I paid. If you’re considering using this company, be very cautious and make sure you get everything in writing before agreeing to anything.
