Started off well, but turned into an absolute disaster. I was with TaxEvo for 5 years. My only choice is to cancel with TaxEvo and to use a different accountant. For the last 2 years, they barely reply to emails, plus they miss opportunities to help you save on your taxes. The cherry on the cake is I kept receiving warning letters from HMRC -- missed tax payments, missed filings. TaxEvo didn't communicate any of this with me. Really disappointing service and they're unapologetic about the inconveniences.
